Also an ill advised reply in my opinion. Reminds me of the person who is all ticked off because he and Billy Bob make the same amount of money, have two kids each, and own a home and he has to pay every year while Billy Bob gets a refund. Just doesn't understand the details are what makes the difference.

Why did you go to someone to begin with? Because you did not know what you were doing? Estate planning is something that is different for every individual based on age and many other factors. What might be right and appropriate for your age may not be what would be recommended for a younger individual.

But you finally got the answer you WANTED to hear so why even come here with the question.
