What about a few FACT. Like what exactly were the medical records, what did they entail and to whom EXACTLY were they release and under what conditions?

Facts.

I am involved in Child in Need of assistance hearing.The Judge ordered me to go to a session with a Phsyciatrist. And I was also ordered to do a session with a child relation specialist. ( what ever that is). The findings of both reports were never shown to me, or my attorney. But, the judge and the county attorny, and my ex- wife, all recieved copies of it. It even showed up at a friend of mines house. I feel my rights to privacy have been violated.
Is that enough facts?

I forgot to mention in the last post, I am a diabetic. My complete history of treatment for Diabetes was also forwarded to the judge, and the county Att, and My exwife. And from there it made the rounds to all of my family.They were trying to make me look like a bad guy.

Your attorney should be doing something about this. HIPPA laws prohibit release of medical records to anyone unless you have signed a release.

No one said anything remotely resembling that.

But, the judge and the county attorny, and my ex- wife, all recieved copies of it.

The parties to the lawsuit properly got the info; what they did with it afterwards is out of the control of the county attorney.
