Court happy ex

Thank You Pooh! I hate to say that I am glad to see someone else has been in our boat, but I was begining to feel like these things only happen to us! I will definately check out that site.

I have spoken to my caseworker (all of my papers are filed in another county) and told her what was going on. She said also that this is ridiculous, but she has heard before that this county is like that. It is very sad, but this county is out to "hang" the male. The county my papers are filed in look out for the children, no matter who the CP is, and they are there to help us with any of our questions. That's why I am so frustrated with all of this! My ex has custody of our children now, but we never had to deal with any of this. She was able to give us a few more places to go to try to stop this, but said it may not be much help in this county.

It wouldn't do any good to ask for another judge, they all work arm-in-arm in this county. His caseworker won't even speak to him about any of this or give answers as to why. That's why I call my CSEA caseworker in a different county.
