What is the name of your state? WI

I will be doing my final preparations this weekend, including the outlines of questions I have for each witness, printing off all documentation, etc...any final words of wisdom?

anything important that is commonly overlooked by pro se litigants?

I am pretty confident with questioning the other side and it's witnesses, my quandry is, if an issue cannot be addressed through my questioning of them and it would normally come from my side as direct testimony, how do I present that information to the judge, I thought I had asked about this before but I couldn't find it in my past threads.

You may be able to be sworn in and give a statement to the court since you are pro se. Prepare one that summarizes your testimony. Then allow the other side to cross examine you.

Any tips from anyone on this aspect? Or do you feel comfortable already, Z?

I know I am gonna sound sooo weird for saying this, but I don't mind being cross examined one little bit, sometimes even find it entertaining**************

that does make me sound weird.....oh well

they can't really drop any bombs on me, cause there are none**************so I just gotta go through the motions.....but I will be rehearsing my answers to all of the questions I can possibly think they may ask......that's always helpful

Is skeletor a witness?

ooooh YEAH she is, the judge told ex's attorney to have her there or he would issue a subpoena....that's probably gonna be my hardest questioning, it's gonna be so hard not to smirk

just trying to put the questions in the right "topic order" for the best impact.....

Remember that your witness ALL have to sit in the hallway, so skeletor can't be in the court room, but for when you are questioning her :D:D:D

oh yes! I always ask for the courtroom to be cleared....it irritates the hell out of them and makes me more comfortable....and they can't hear what each other has said so if I do get one to trip up, the other doesn't necessarily know it, when they stick to the "party line" then they look really stupid
