Cousin was manufacturing drugs in my home & I was aware. Talked to DEA and other agencies several times, but they would not listen. Last night he knocked the door down and hurt me...the police came on a 911 call and smelled ether, used in manufacturing. When searched, he was taken to jail (He has a past record...sentenced to 60 years for manufacturing, and was his second sentence)

Cousin charged beakers to my credit card, but paid me in cash for them. I did not know at the time what he bought...was not told, but he mailed them to the house in my name. He told me he bought glassware to make wine and beer (which he did make). I did not thnk that was illegal...and other packages he would not tell me what he bought. I was paid in cash for my credit card debt. (stupid move on my part, but does not make me guilty of anything)

Police think I might be an accomplice, but I am not, even though I do know a lot of information - Cousin held conversations out loud in front of me, and told me things...which I tried to report to the police. Cousin is now trying to say I am involved.

What can I do to prove my innocence?

Really? You recorded the name of the agent, date and time you contacted them, correct. Although your statement may or may not be true...Had you actually spoken to a drug enforcement officer there is a record of it. Of course, you contacted your local law enforcement agency in regards to the illegal activities in the home and were in the process of legally removing the criminal from your home, since you were aware of his behavior, right?

Was in the process of removing him from my home

Yes, I have records of the number of times I contacted the agents. And, I was in the process of removing him from my home, which is precisely why he broke the door down and hurt me.

Second, I was threatened by this person that my life was in danger if I turned them in. And, since I had contacted the DEA And other police and nobody seemed interested enough to do anything about it, at one point I gave up trying to tell them.

When the police came to the house I allowed them to come in and search. And I am fully cooperating to tell them what I know, even though my life is still endangered by doing so.

Your house = maintaining a house, at the least. You best be spilling your guts about that idiot cousin of yours. He won't be getting you for 60 more years. Unless you go with him. Then you will be his and Bubba's.

Why did you let your cousin make drugs in your house? Shoulda kicked him out and threw away all his materials.

He hasn't thrown the cousin out because he gets high for free by just breathing. Cheaper than renting and buying his own drugs.

Sounds to me like you are guilty as an aider and abettor by providing a place for him to make his drugs.

Dumb FCUK. you "RAT" on your own cousin and now are suffering the reprecusions. Sorry to say, but you brought it upon yourself. This GOTS to be the ****tiest feeling. Couldn't you have kicked him out but instead aided him in purchasing items for his drug business, and then squealed on his ass. idiot.

the verdict:
4 years for squealing, 10 years for not handling the situation better, life in prison w/o parole for being a daMM idiot.

case closed.

:rolleyes:You've gotta be kidding me, ...you have got a lot of nerve, man!!! The absolute lowest form of life, is one who stoops low enough to rat out, and snitch on his own blood relative, rather than just standing up for what's right, and not allowing this kind of crap to go on under your own roof, ...yeah, you might have gotten punched a few times, and maybe not be on his Christmas shopping list of "people to buy for this year", ..but in any event, that's life, tough ****, it sure beats the hell out of the situation that you're in now, huh. You could have had him removed from your home, and if you felt the need to do so, went and filed a restraining order against him. You've got to be just plain stupid to NOT have known what was being purchased with your own credit card, c'mon dude, are you really serious here??? How could you not know that there was meth being cooked right inside your own house??? "Well, gee Walley, what's that smell? Why are there so many people constantly calling, and coming in and out of my house at all hours of the night and day? They must really dig me and my cousin, we kinda popular an stuff," ....as we step back into what is "the real world", and here we have something that's genuinely called, "REALITY", and **** just don't work like that.

What's done is done, good luck trying to explain yourself, and your actions in any court of law. I'd say your odd number of the day is 13 1/2, ...consisting of 12 jurors, 1 Judge, and about 1/2 a chance.
