CPT in first semester?

Hi All,
Does any one know abt any schools where they allow international students to apply for CPT in the first semester, the student joins?

You have to be at a school for one year before you can apply for CPT. The exception to this if it is at a graduate level and the internship which would require CPT is required for all students in the program.
