as an f1 student---
1. if i will take current practical training (CPT), will i still be allowed to take optional practical training (OPT) after completion of the course of study i am pursuing? will i be allowed to accept compensation under cpt and opt? is getting employment authorization (EAD) required if i undergo cpt/opt? i plan to work while studying however, i am not quite clear on the "emergent circumstances" to be allowed to work.
2. if i take courses ahead in the summer, will these be counted towards fulfilling the full-load requirement for the fall term? (i.e. i take 3 units for the summer session and take 9-10 units for the fall term.)
3. will i be allowed to take courses with another college (not the one that processed my f1) this summer? my f1 is yet to be released (or denied) early june or 2nd week but the course i need to take will start late may. i found another school that has a later summer session and by then, i may already have my f1.
