I am having a lot of problem with certain creditors that constantly call and harass myself and my mother on her phone. I have written them and asked them to stop calling my mom. She is 81 years old, in bad health, and despondent; some still persist in calling her. This upsets her and makes her more ill then she already is. I am unemployed at the moment but I have been looking for a job. Despite what the numbers say there are not jobs out there that want to pay a decent wage. There is also the fact that I need to take care of my mom; take her to doctor's appts, make dinner, do wash, etc. I want to pay these bills and have written them telling them that as soon as I get a job they will start to be paid. Most creditors have accepted this and have not bothered but there are a couple who do. My mom is afraid that someone is going to come and take my car. Can they do that if they are not the holder of the loan? I make sure I pay my insurance and my car payment. I live in PA, what can I do? Thanks
