credit cosigned on a revolving credit line

I am a cosigner on a loan. The loan was used by my girlfriend in the amount of $5000.00 on a revolving credit line. All charges were hers, and now she is not paying. Am i able to take her to small claims court in order to have her wages garnished to pay off the debt? What other legal recourse is there regarding this type of case? I wish to make her responsible for the debt and get my name off the credit card. I have already cancelled the card.

Yes you can sue her in small claims court, but you are still responsibnle for the money owed to the credit card co. You need to get copies of all the signed transactions so you will have proof that all the charges were made by her.
