What is the name of your state? VA I am NCP paying support per CO. CP was unemployeed and our daughter was only 1 at the time of original CSO. CP has worked on and off since. My question is......Is VA a state that will consider atleast minimum wage /30hrs a week from a CP that voluntarily doesn't work.?

Most states will, if not all. You have nothing to lose by asking a judge to impute income to her based on minimum wage or based on her income when she was working.
