These are the operative words.
And I agree that you should not take the risk as a responsible parent.

I pick up the phone and dial 911. See how easy.I know you say you take it at night, but what if one of the kids had an emergency in the middle of the night under your care?
I figured I would follow up on these, the final decision was, the drugs and amount that I take were of no concern. For the SSID, she got back paid directly from SS to her bank account, just like they told me, but her lawyer lied about the money and so the judge made me give her half my money, so I was ripped off some $14,000
I reported the lawyer to the board, they investigated but found no violations.
I got screwed.

If the lawyer lied, why didn't you appeal that in court?I figured I would follow up on these, the final decision was, the drugs and amount that I take were of no concern. Even if you found out after it was over, you could've filed the appropriate motions because of what you discovered after the fact and/or after the time to appeal had expired. It wouldn't have been an actual appeal, but possibly a motion for a rehearing, reconsideration, etc. because of what you discovered. At least you know for next time.I didn't find out until it was over, and since my wife is the one who got the money, what would I do, sue her? the money is long gone. I turned in the lawyer to the board, who after long investigating said he technically did nothing wrong, but nonetheless the board frowned on it and now it is in his record.

That is true, I should have but the money is gone. Just another case of how men get screwed in divorce court.
