Hello,
My daughters father made a motion to file child support.
Do you know what forms I have to fill out to make a motion?
I have increased my income so I believe child support will be reduced, however; he is not using his correct income or potential income. How do I prove this? He did show proof of his hourly wage which is $26.00/hr but his income was 43,000 for the year. 43,000 does not equal full time pay at $26.00 an hour. From the past when he lived with me, he could take no pay days. The year we separated he did that quite often to make his income very low so we'd base child support on that. I noticed on his paystub from this year he had 81 hours in for two weeks, which was the only check, now that he's taking me back he'll put in more hours. Is there anything I can do? His most annual pay was 63,000/yr when he worked over time. Advice on how to approach this? I just want everything to be fair. What forms do I use?
Also, we split tax deductions every other year but since I will be paying for the majority of her needs and expenses, what do I have to do ask for a motion to change child tax deduction so I'd get her every year for a deduction? What form would I use to make a motion to get her as a tax deduction? Is this separate from child support?
Thank you!
