Well, no more Mrs. Nice Guy. I go to court in 45 minutes for our 6 week update.
Tigger, whatever you do, don't say I told you so, lol... but our arrangement didn't even last the full six weeks. I never received a penny in CS. The first week he was to get the kids, he begged me to bring them over there b/c he "didn't have a car" so I did, and he wasn't even there...... hmmm, so I brought two screaming kids home, just to have him call that night, and beg to get them the next day. He was even CRYING!!!!! So I did, for my children. The next weekend he was to get them went fine, then this last weekend, he calls on Friday to say he had to work and would get them Sat morning before 11. No show, no call until after 12, saying they will be there to get them around 4. Then calls me Sun. at work to ask if I can come get them!! So I drove out there and drove home with my children through a thunderstorm, including lots of hail..... that was scary. He insists he is working and the lady I talked to when I called his job only works one night a week. This lady told me he has not worked there in 3 or 4 weeks..... I called his MIL who talked to him, who insists they are taking out 160 of his paycheck.... now, the cs set up is 94 per week....does not add up. I told his MIL there is no way they are taking that amount out, and she says, "well its 80 a week, they doubled it". I said, "NO it is 94... you do the math" He doesnt even know what they are supposed to be taking out!! So we go to court this morning, my husband is going with me, he says I am too nice.... so we will see... will update when I get home this afternoon.
Wish me luck, he should have a first class ticket to the nearest empty jail cell
