What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California.
I have a custody mediation scheduled. I am the mother who filed first to determine paternity, custody and child support. Father responded with FL-300 only addressed custody and visitation issues, said nothing about child support. Custody mediation was scheduled. Then I filed my own FL-300 asking for child support. Can I address the child support issues in mediation or it is only about custody? Will there be a similar mediation about child support? The father told to our mutual friends that he will never pay child support to me because he hates me and he knows ways around it to avoid paying child support.

Child support is determined by state formula, not mediation.
