What is the name of your state? California

My boyfriend and his childrens mother are fighting for custody. The little girl is 6 years old and her father bathes her before she goes to sleep. Occasionally I will give her a bath because she asks me to.

I forget how the mother worded it in one of her statements but apparently she is using me giving her 6 year old baths as a tool to gain full custody.....does that make sense, and will a judge see that as relevant information for her to obtain full custody? Thanks.

She sounds like a whacko. A judge is going to ask her the same question: How is that relevant to the custody issue?

Thanks for your reply. Thats Exactly what I thought....what does that have to do with anything? She's also saying in her statement that she was 'upset' and felt 'betrayed' at the fact that the father i.e. my boyfriend did not move in with her in Feb 2002 and then May 2002 popped up with a girlfriend. Could she be digging her grave with that statement?

Now how does she think that is relevant? The man didn't want to live with her so she should have custody? WHAT?

Her Exhibit B was a credit report which was ran for the move-in in an Inglewood Apartment. Both his and her credit were ran and the date is Feb. I suppose shes trying to say that they were supposed to move in with one another and did not follow thru due to the fact that he popped up with a girlfriend. So she was upset and felt betrayed. And her other exhibit was calendar dates saying she had their 6 year old more than he did due to the fact that he was "always"with his new girlfriend.
