I just saw on the news that dad's murder trial has been continued because they are waiting for some DNA to be tested. Can Child Support not just get a court order to use the DNA that has already been taken from Dad for his trial?

Thanks I am only concerned about getting the DNA done on my nephew because I just want all my bases to be covered when I do file for custody of him. As for the 5 year old I have, I can't remember what my user name was then to look it up, but you are the one who told me what to do to get custody of him in the first place. I did exactly what you said, with no attorney and got custody of a him. I stalked the mailman for a month waiting for the decision. It was terrifying but it turned out great. Thank you for your continued help with this. I will PM my county.
