What is the name of your state? PA
It'll be a while until I speak to my lawyer so here goes. This morning we
mediated(and filed for divorce right afterwords) and agreed that I have primary physical custody and her visitation
on weekends. 1st question is my assumption correct that another agreement will have to be made regarding custody for divorce decree?
Also I filed for child support on Dec 26 and conf. date set for feb 20th. She makes 9.00/hr.
Anyway to figure out how much she would owe starting the feb 20th?
She has so much debt going into collections so its not like I'll see any support anyway, but if(when) she doesnt pay would that have effect on custody in the futurez(assuming another agreement will have to be made for decree).

I’m not sure I understand the question.

Whether or not she stay on top of her CS does not affect her custody or visitation.

If you mediated and included the mediated agreement in your filings, why would there be another agreement made regarding custody. Isn't it now up to the judge to decide whether to approve the agreement or not?

If and when he approves it, that agreement between your two becomes law.

Check to see if your state posts a Child Support Obligation Calculator. You can get a rough idea there but its not always what you will get.

This morning myself, wife(no attorney), and my attorney went before the master. Master asked if we came up with an agreement. My attorney said yes and read the agreement my wife and I came up with- I to have primary physical custody and her to have visitation every weekend from 12 pm saturday to 6 pm sunday. As of now we are legally separated since we filed for divorce right afterwords. What im asking is if this is just a separation agreement for now, then would custody have to be decided for when we officially divorce?
Sorry for the confusion.

It's not a final order.

You need to ask your attorney that question. He was there, we weren't. However, unless the words "temporary custody" were being thrown out there, I suspect that its a final agreement regarding custody.
