The following is a set of questions along with the replies I received concerning several problems I have experienced. The original message is at the bottom and the most recent one is at the top. Please read through this and advise. Maybe I'm over-reacting?

How many times do I have to tell that the problem is with your bank, and it
does not make any difference which TP we use. We use Authorize.net which is
the largest TP on the internet. Most companies choose to ignore AVS and they
open themselves to fraud. We do not ignore AVS and when your bank screws it up
we have the FAX option. Why are you being such a pain in the ass. Just FAX
the override or fight with your bank. We don't need your abuse.
