we really dont know what happened. It said that two of the fathers friends followed him out of the club. Maybe none of it was really meant to go that far. It could just as easily been that with 3 men against his sister the guy really did feel he had to defend her. Maybe the x didnt even know the brother was there and thought he could get away with being forceful. That might be why the brother was able to get all those shots, they may not have been expecting him.
Dont think I am agreeing with the killing, I think it is really bad situation for the child and the man that was killed. If it premeditated then they should be punished.
Does anyone think its wierd though that the two parents would meet in a club and drink while discussing something that would already have them both very emotional? Why add drinking to anger? And where was the child in all of this? At the apartment? That would really be wrong if s/he had to see all of that.
