I live in Washington State,
I was wrongly convicted of 1st Degree Animale Abusse because my cour apointed attorny wouldn't help me. (Hounest) I asked for an appeal, and he told the court I didn't want one. So I never got my appeal. He allowed me to be convicted on asumtions, literaly. The women said that she heard a dog yelp, and asumed I had hit it. He also allowed the judge to be influnced by outside events. The judge said that she wanted people to mail there complaints and thoughts to her, so she can make a her choice. I have this all on the court tapes.

This is where my suit comes in. An animale rights group posted a bunch of crap on the internet about me, to get ppl to write the judge. 80% of what they posted was untrue. They lied to the public to get them to write hate e-mails to the judge.

This was a year ago, and they are still taking pictures of me, and my house and posting them on the internet, saying a bunch of crap about me. Even to this day.

Because of the court apointed attorney screwed my appeal up, no one will help me. I know I have a good case against the Animale Rights ppl, the court for admitaly convecting me becuase of the letters, and the attorney for not representing me proper.

Since I can not get a lawyer to help me on any of these cases, could someone walk me through the prosess of filing a suit against the animale rights ppl?

BTW: I have the city administrator and a few police officers on my side. (Even though they wont loan me the money to hire a expensive lawyer )

You were found guilty by the judge or by a jury. What's wrongful about that?

Oh really? Based on what law degree?

How do you know the lawyer improperly represented you (because you were found guilty??)

BTW - Convect means to transfer heat by convection (to cook), which although misspelled oddly enough gives the correct meaning in this case.

Unless he's one of the cases with an un-named assailant. I don't see the name William Porter there anywhere.

I also don't find any site when searching Google either.

My case is not on there,
I told you what happen. Some lady said she assumed I hit the dog becuase she heard it yelp.

Yes theya re posting that I was convicted, but they are also saying stuff like I had the dog on a 3 foot heavy chain, letting it live in garbage, I beat the dog, I rapped the dog and other foul stuff. None of this crap was brought up in court, and it ALL is a lie.

I was found guilty by a corupt judge, who broke the law in her court, to convict me.

I don't have a law degree,
However I do own Black Law Dictionary, and PSH fits the DOC bill perfectly.

I am not asking anyone to represent me,
I just want to know what steps to take to sue these ppl.

No I don't own another dog.

Nothing happen to the dog's ass. It is just a picture of the dogs fur being spread. This was proven in court. So is anyone going to tell me how to get a law suit against them, or doesn't anyone know?

*** I will offer you this.... in reviewing your post, I see absolutely NO cause of action against anybody.

The court?? Unless there is something missing in your post, presumably relied on the evidence presented at your trial.

The website?? They have the right to 'rally their troops' to contact the court, media and/or prosecutor to express their outrage at your conduct.

The public defender?? Possibly, but that would require a review of the ACTUAL facts of the trial, the evidence presented and the defense provided. Your conviction alone is not sufficient grounds to have a claim.

So, what FACTS and evidence do you have (not conjecture, 'impressions', feelings, etc.) do you have to support your claim??

I might be able to help....You say some police and the city administrator are "on your side" - who are they and are they willing to sign affidavits for you? I would need independent verification from them before I could help.
