What is the name of your state? Ohio Does date of last activity refer to the last time you used the card, or the last time a payment was made on the card? Sorry, I'm really not stupid, it's just that some of this stuff is really confusing when you want to get to the bottom of it.

Actually it could be either - last payment OR last charge
