What is the name of your state? CA During an ongoing sexual harrasment case would it be a bad idea for the victim to start dating someone from the office? Can't the victim say that was in the past and their trying to start things off anew and forgive? Here is a theoretical question. Say someone was harrassed by 4 people. Is it possible for the victim to say Hey I only felt offended by 3 of the perpetrators. Would it be a bad idea to date the other person that didnt offend you?

One of the basic elements to establish SH is that the behavior is UNWELCOME. It is therefore categorically impossible to say "I was harassed by four people but I was only offended by three of them."
