Before going into court I had subpeonaed the records from both the daycare (Petitioners' mother) and the other party- Suprise, suprise, There are no daycare records... I don't think htat she has ever paid a dime to her mother to watch our daughter- Where do I go from here? I have been paying 400.00 a month for daycare. If the money is not going to daycare and there are no records what can I do?

And on top of that I subpeonaed the lease agreement for her current place of residence. It has been 35 days and still no proof of Daycare records or that the house she is living in is under her name. Please some one help me out. What if she doesn't comply with the subpoena? What can I do?

She'll have to answer to the judge, just try to be patient.
