An "appropriate motion" to seek compliance with a previous court order (or as in the instance of you earlier inquiry which is not now inviting a response) would be a Motion for an Order to Show Cause (OSC). The order to direct the respondent to appear before the court at a time and place certain and then and there show just cause, if any he has why he has failed to comply with the . . . . .
Bear in mind that the court has the inherent power to enforce its own orders. Hence all that is required to is bring the delinquent matter to the court's attention. An OSC will do that.
