I am the custodial parent of three children in Pennsylvania. Their father has had no contact with them in 7 months I don't know what I can do leagally or should do. Please help me!!!

Unfortunately you cannot MAKE him be a dad. But, if you haven't already done so you need to get custody/support/visitation set up with a court order by a judge.
