Bought the car is texas. Had to get a vehicle before I left over seas to leave with the honey. I'm now owning two cars. The first car I bought and had problems so I left it there for them to fix it. After nothing was working they told me they would take back the car and pay it back off the amount I paid in full. So I bought a different car after that trusting they would. Well they paid off half of the car and now that I'm over seas they havnt made a payment in the past couple of months. I'm still making payments on it AND my newer car. I have texts with them saying they are going to be sending out payments but they have failed to do so. Also aren't they required to by law to give me my money back for buying a broken car? I fee like I'm being taken advantage since I'm now in the Middle East and can't do anything state side. I'm gathering what little stuf I have out here for proof and he what not. And thinking about heading to my camps legal office. Does anyone have any advice please!
