Dealership had big stickers on the windshield saying $10,700

I sat down with the salesman to start the paperwork he asked me what I can put down and what I could afford a month I told him, he took that to his boss...when he came back he was "Hi-5ing" me saying I got the car!
I was happy since I haven't had a vehicle since August so so the salesman took me back to the underwriters office I started signing all the paperwork when I was all said and done i looked at it and they had the price of the car listed at 14700 so they added an extra $4,000 to the price without ever telling me I went back once to talk to him already and them the most he said he could do for me was give me $1,000 I told him I wanted to have another meeting with the other two guys that help me originally and so we could all figure out what happened what went wrong I'm going to that today at noon but I was wondering what are my legal rights in this

What is the name of your state, Rolloman?

Added to a sticker price often will be taxes, title transfer fees, registration fees and dealership fees (the processing of all of the paperwork). You can negotiate some of these fees (like the dealership fees) and you should make sure that there have been no extras added to the total, like an "extended warranty," without your consent. Those can be subtracted from the total. Some of the additional costs probably will not be waived for you.

If you do not like the final price, however, your choice is to walk away and find a more affordable vehicle elsewhere.

I hope you did not sign all of the papers without reading them first and then drive the vehicle away ...

Good luck.

None.

The time to read and understand the contract is before you sign it, not after you sign.

They got you.

I agree that a contract needs to be read before signing but the "they got you" is not necessarily true. It depends on what was added to the contract ... and the state in which this sale occurred.
