Debt collector sent me evil xmas card

The same debt collector that blew a fart over the phone and said that I was a deadbeat (I won't name the firm) sent me a xmas card It said... HO HO HO SANTA KNOWS YOU'VE BEEN BAD. PAY UP BEFORE XMAS OR YOU'LL OWE US MORE! RESISTANCE IS FUTILE! What can I do. I think this guy is insane. How can I stop him???? Can I sue his firm????

Look, you're already having a credibility issues with some of the other forum posters. If this post is sincere, why don't just name the "firm" who is harrassing you? Have you persued the standard remedies such as debt validation and C&D letters sent by certified mail already? I would certainly save the "evil XMAS card" but I have no idea if the card's wording is cause to sue for FDCPA violations.

This reminds me of close to 40 years ago, when I went with my dad to the old Geauga Lake amusement park, which was next door to Sea World. They gave us some canned corn to put on the hook to bait the fish in the trout pond. They packed this tiny pond with about a billion hungry trout. I was only about 8 at the time, but it was incredibly easy to catch the trout. Amazingly enough, it's even far easier to catch the trout now.

I wasn't paying attention, so I don't know if you already responded, but what is your position regarding heinous debt collector farts? LadynRed, in her usual full scholarly mode, ranted and raved that farting is a blatant violation of the FDCPA. Do you concur with her expert legal opinion?

Nah-with all due respect to LIR, I think the OP is probably a troll. On the off-chance that the OP is not, I just suggested legit remedies.
