Georgia ................. I have a week to week rental set up for a tenant that is 2 weeks behind on payment in the first 3 weeks. What are the landlords rights on this matter with no lease involved? Is it a 30 day notice, as for a month to month? And with no lease involved, is there any notice that has to be given? Thanks
