British Airways first class is the best. The seats HUGE and they convert into really comfortable beds. They even provide the slippers, pj's and a "freshen-up" kit.

I helped build some of their 777's. The sleeper seats in first class were awful nice. Unfortunately, we were not allowed to test them out while the airplane was in the factory. :(

My husband's a pilot for BA and we split our time between Texas & the UK so we travel a lot. I couldn't imagine sitting in one of the tiny little coach seats for 10 hours.
