The main part of the circus is over and I will now provide the voluminous results as briefly as possible. As you will see, by reading my posts, I am not casting stones at any one or at their profession I am only stating the discoveries and the end results of facts that I set out to prove or disprove. It has been a rough and costly road but I now have first-hand knowledge to pass on to my family and to others who are interested.

Filed Judicial Ethics Complaint #2005-015 against the judge, along with well documented evidence and proof that he had violated Canons 1, 1A, 2, 2A, and 2B.

The response (in brief): Commission on Judicial Discipline could not meet the high burden imposed upon them by my complaint and that they cannot pursue further because of lack of jurisdiction.

Filed Judicial Ethics Grievance with the State Bar of Nevada against the lawyer for violation of Nevada Supreme Court Rule 172 (a), & (d), Rule 184, and Rule 203.

The response (in brief): There simply is not “clear and convincing” evidence of misconduct on the part of the lawyer. “The grievance has been dismissed, and as such, this matter is closed”.

Now, about the Southern Nevada Dental Society Peer Review. They never got back to me even they were fully aware that the dentist was totally guilty.

So, now I have learned all I ever wanted to know, and much that I didn’t want to know, about the Judicial System (in general), and how it works. I am no longer angry. I am totally ‘disgusted’, but that’s good, disgust can be beneficial. This has been a great experience for me and I have no regrets. Thanks for the forum and may God bless you all.

Wanna sue someone? Go ahead! I will never buy another ticket to that show! d.w.

Your post is very interesting. Always remember that word of mouth is the best form of advertisment--especially in this case. I would tell anyone that wanted dentures NOT to go to this guy. This dentist just doesn't have a clue about what is going on-as far as dentures go. You can have the best fitting pair of dentures and the bite be off and all you have is a piece of crap. I have made many sets of dentures and partials over the last 25 year and the best advice is to find a dentist that works very close with his laboratory. I have been in the laboratory business for 25 years and I have found that a dentist that is willing to work with his lab and listen to his lab will have less problem and headaches in his practice. Good luck and I hope you have gotten a good set of dentures that you can use. A dentist that has taken courses from LVI should know what is going on in the world.
If you get to Alabama and still need dentures, I know someont that can fix you up. Good luck again!
