What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? Indiana

I live in a cooperative apartment and I am getting ready to move out. I have section 8 right now. They gave me a move out policy and it states that if I don't paint they are going to charge me $114.00 for the paint and $345.00 for labor to paint. I am a single mom and don't have the time or the funds paint. Also they said that if I don't clean they will charge me an additional fee of $95.00 and another for if I don't shampoo the carpets which is $45.00.
My neighbor said of all the people that he has known that has moved out of here, no one has received their full, or partial for that matter, deposit back. I thought that is why I paid the $350.00 deposit four years ago when I moved in. I have a strong feeling that i'm not going to get it back so I am not worried. What I am worried about is can they charge me for anything or take me to court. Also in my lease it says that it is my job to find someone to rent this apartment and if I don't they are going to charge me an additional $50.00.
