What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? Texas I have a 17 year old daughter that I
can no longer live with. She has been in and out of trouble since she was 13.
She became pregnant and had a baby at 15. I now have custody of her baby
because she has been in and out of drugs. Anyway, she is making our lives
miserable. She is doing better with the drug problem. However, she will not
listen to anything I say. She screams and hollers and harrasses whenever
she does not get her way. She is very disrespectful to me. She will not get a job, even though I told her I would take her and help her any way I can. She
is also very angry that I have custody of the baby and she is doing anything
she can to control that situation. She says that I can not throw her out and that even when she is 18 that it is her place of residence and that she will not leave. Anyway, I need to know if I can legally kick her out and how. Or someone told me that I could become emancipated from her. Is that something I could look in to. I have another daughter who is 13 who is starting to pick up some of these habits. I am afraid that she will follow her sister's footsteps. And I am trying to raise this little baby in a peaceful home. I need some advice very quickly.
I do not know how much longer I can take this.
