What is the name of your state? MICH
I am going through a divorce. My STBX wants to use my in the red business as a bargaining tool in hopes of keeping his 401k. I am a sole proprietorship and he has not contributed to my business at all. I have no employees and my business production is 100% dependent on me. I am the only asset. How can he determine a value when my bank account is overdrawn and I pretty much have been too stressed out to market the business and therefore make any money?

There are experts out there who can review your business plan, operations, inventory, cashflow, etc. and estimate a value.
