Under the View menu you can increase the text size.

I'm on a Mac, but it's the same on Safari, Firefox and Explorer. It on the menu, i.e., "Edit," "Bookmarks," "Window," etc. You should have "View" as one of your menu items. You will see something that say Text Size, Make Text Larger, Increase Text Size. This allows you to increase the text size on any web page without increasing te pictures. It made a big difference for the new small font.

I'm on a Mac, but I went on three browsers, Explorer, Safari, and Firefox, and they all worked perfectly. The text size is the same as it used to be before the downgrade.
