What is the name of your state?New York

I've been paying child support for the past four years - on time, I owe no arrears. I signed a document allowing my ex to move to Florida with my daughter. The agreement stated that she furnish me with her address and telephone number in Florida and keep me posted via telephone of all important aspects of my daughters live, i.e. schooling, sickness, wellness. However, she is nowhere to be found. The telephone numbers are phonies, I have no address for my daughter, and I have not heard a thing since she left three years ago. Isn't my ex liable for this? I pay support, yet she did not hold up her end of the bargain. What can I do?

Do you have any claim to custody? If you do then she has kidnapped your daughter…Where does your money go? To the state? Someone must know where she is…your money finds her.

Contact a lawyer and have custody reversed.

Was it court ordered that prior written permission was required for the move ?
If so did you give written permission ?
Was it Ordered that she keep you informed of events, and Tel. numbers ?

Was it court Ordered that you have visitations ?

Have you tried to take any legal steps throughout the past 3 years regarding these issues ?
