What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? New York, Brooklyn

I got a simple question here which I will pose in the form of an example, Whenever I go to any government office such as the Food Stamps office I am given a black (african american) case worker who is always mean and does legal abuses which I can not counter in anyway, such as making me wait till the end of the day then telling me to come back the next day or calling the security guards after I ask why something was determined the way it was on my case, instead of answering why they call the security guards and I get taken out without knowing why my food stamps were cut and I have to come back another day, basically they do everything in their power to legally abuse me because I am white. My question is if there are fellow white people working at the offices can I request to speak with someone who is not black if I get paired with a black case worker or is that considered racism, I am not racist just that all black people are racist against me because I am white. Even in McDonalds I can't order a Big Mac without taking some attutite from the black workers there. Like I say hey guys can I get a bbq sauce and they say well you should have said that earlier so I would of put it on your order and they just walk away.

Heres another good example of abuse, I come into the SSI office and they tell me to sit and wait until I am called so I sit there and all the people in the room have already gone in and only a bunch of new people who came in after me who are all black are sitting with me, then I see people who came in after me getting called in and I come up and ask why that is happening and they tell me in a very rude tone to sit down and wait until I am called.

Another good example is if I am called in and I forgot to sign a paper the case worker tells me to go back out and sign it and wait until I am called again when I can just sign it right there on the spot and continue with the process, all these abuses are 100% legal and theres nothing I can do.

I tried to walk in with a camera but they tell me to turn it off or they will call the security to take me out. Another question I have is what if I record this abuse without them knowing and then open a law suit will the evidence be dismissed as they did not consent to being recorded even though I have evidence on tape that blatantly shows abuse? That just doesn't make sense how can something be dismissed that shows abuse, never understood that law. Yet for some reason when a someone murders someone else in the street and the police get the tapes from a grocery store security camera that evidence is not dismissed, it's the exact same thing.

No sweety, you don't get to dictate who responds to your posts.

I've already given you free advice. You have some major problems - and they need more help than the internet can provide.

That's your freebie right there.

If you said something similar to the folks at the welfare office, ssi office, or McDonalds, I suspect the treatment you are receiving has nothing to do with your skin color.

If you are being discriminated against based on your race, find a civil rights attorney and sue.

Fine, I'll bite.

You are being discriminated against ... but you are being discriminated against because you are a bigot and are a disruption.

No one wants to deal with you because you are a pain... and racist.

If anything, they have a suit against YOU... except you apparently have nothing to attach more valuable than the clothes you are standing up in.

Does that answer your question, sweetie? Oh, and before you ask, no, I am not African American.

read your response 1000 times to yourself. After that, you might realize that the problem is you and not everybody else like you claim. Then go and apologize to all the black folks you have offended by unjustly accusing them of being racist.

Stand in front of the mirror and practice asking these questions and check your facial expressions until you are comfortable being around strangers.
You are making a claim without accepting your personal responsibility to work with a case worker who knows the legal system of the agency you are requesting help from.
I was given the best help from a person who was very abrupt when I first asked for help, and I waited for this person to finish their spiel, then explained quietly, calmly, and with professional courtesy that I needed in person face-to-face help.
Treat people like you want to be treated. The senior members here have all explained that you are creating the problem that you are complaining about.
Best wishes.

I suggest you leave NYC. You will find the rest of the country operates in what can be considered a more normal way. Do you have the appropriate local accent? I tender that you do not. Otherwise, you would shake your head and say to yourself, "Hey, Its NYC, what do you expect".
