If you do file, you paint a big ol target on your head, and you will pay the price without fail. We have seen so many people eventually fired for it. Hes even told us hes like a snake, "ill just wait in the grass, ill get you eventually." This man is truely hideous and diabolical. And I know we all hear everyones boss is a jerk like this.....but I havent even seen villans in movie that can hold a candle to this guy.

Thought I would bump this back up to get someones opinion.

"Also in regards to attorneys, I contacted one via online for a free case evaluation etc.. They later contacted me and asked some questions then asked if I would fax them my payroll stubs, which I thought was kinda strange. I didnt do it. Is this typical or does it sound suspicious?"

Yea they kept asking about how much I make and about my hours and overtime, do I ever work off the clock on an on. Then ask me to fax my payroll stubs to them. I never said I would like them to represent me or anything yet. I thought that was alittle to fast, we hardly talked about my situation. I said im not to comfortable sending my payroll stubs to someone over the phone I havent even seen etc. He said well we need it to figure your back pay and chech your hours etc., etc..
Ive never dealt with attorneys and was just wonder if this is typical?

We do not know if this is typical of attorneys in your area.
