What is the name of your state?Louisiana. Ihave 4 children from a previous marriage whom I pay child support the reason we divorced was due to the fact i caught her with :) my so called best friend at the time in bed.I'm sure my oldest is mine but not so sure about the other three. Is it to late to pursue dna testing or not and if I can how?My oldest is 13 yrs old.

call the maury show they will take you! They even pay for it! But seriously if you have paid for these children all these years why now all of the sudden are you questioning the paternity?? Even if they turned out not to be your kids, haven't you been involved enough so far that it would kill you to no longer have rights to these kids?

Or perhaps, if they aren't biologically his, shouldn't their Bio-Father have the chance to know this fact, and them as well?

Jazz, contact your local family court division...they should be able to direct you or look up a private lab in the yellow pages in your area that offers the service. It is not cheap...and you may need the mother's consent to have the testing done since you, her and the child(children) will need to be tested.
Good Luck and be prepared for the answer to the questions you are asking:)
