The issue is probably beyond the scope of some people participating in this message forum but ok--we'll just blame the overall forum for argument's sake
S/he is now just trolling, JAL.
It's Saturday night.
No doubt we'll here first thing on Monday that not only did a court rule in his/her favor, but the coffee company has paid out $XXXXX.XX as a settlement.
And "JAL" you still didn't get that I ordered a custom drink that I always get? Really??? Wow (smh).
And btw, there also is pro bono...just thought I'd try here first. Not everything is always money if you know how to find it. On side note as consumers we have power in our hands too. Negative reviews and complaints don't look good for companies. They try to avoid it. Them having anything against me, including banning me (laughable), because I requested a type of drink and they gave me a different one resulting in problems would be nothing but bad for them and any smart company would know that.

Remember I am not the only one saying that my reactions were from most likely ingesting a higher level of caffeine. That's what the conclusion was from the hospital too. What I had was an extreme reaction. They said that would not have been caused by a decaf I usually drink. They have the same suspicions I have. I'm not on my lonesome on this.
I can see the headline now:
woman with hypersensitivity to caffeine orders coffee drink, experiences a reaction and wants to sue the coffee house. Well, DUH!!. What did she expect?
