one day she will be stong enough to tell her father and SM that she WANTS HER THINGS...... stop hidding them or locking them away. She is getting stronger as the time goes on.

Do not count on this. My son will be 13 in 5 weeks, and while it upsets him, he will not risk a weekend with a pissed off father to bring his stuff.

Primary parent to supply clothes

I still have to say that the primary parent is responsible for clothes and not food!

Child Support is to cover the costs of 100% of clothing. That is why the non-cutodial parent can't say I am paying $50 less in child support this month because they had to go buy clothes for their house.

Also the amount of overnights dictates how much the non-cutodial parent pays in Child Support in most states. This is to account for the food they buy to feed the child while the child is at their house!

My ex and her new husband have forbiden me to send anything back with my son. They wrote me this letter saying that unless it was a gift, then they would not accept it in their home (whatever). This is her husband's doing, I talk to my ex and told her that I was not going to deny my child for something this stupid. I told her that I was going to send the stuff he WANTED to take and to please return it. I don't know what she does but she gives it right back the very next visit. It's mainly her new husband that has the biggest problem. I'm thinking she hides the things in her car.
