Update!!!

I finally found the MO statute that Family Access hearings have to be heard within 60 days.

I called the court house (since I filed this without my attorney) AND I faxed my attorney with the statute, and asked her to look at this again.

Now we are scheduled for next Friday for the Family Access only... and the rest is scheduled for November!!!!
