What is the name of your state? NY

I am just curious...does the trustee pull your credit report? I listed all of my creditors so I am not worried about it but I work as a mortgage processor and I see a lot of matrix's that do not include items that were reported on the credit report at the time of the BK. If the trustee pulls the credit report shouldn't he question why items are not listed?

No, Trustees do not pull your credit report, but anyone filing for BK most definitely should pull all 3 to make sure that every single debt on there gets listed on their schedules.

You're right, people leave things off, and then they find out later that they still have to pay those bills when the collectors crawl out of their cesspools !

Actually, the Trustee could order that you provide a current report if he/she feels that it is warranted.
