HELLO PLEASE HELP ANSWER THIS... OKAY MY BOYFRIEND WAS CHARGED TWICE FOR THE SAME CRIME..MEANING DOUBLE JEOPARDY.

Double Jeopardy is being TRIED for the same crime twice, not CHARGED.
