110, this case, although concerning gender discrimination in alcohol purchase, may shed some constitutional light, I have it listed in my case cannon.

Craig v. Boren

Not listed in Boren, bit on point more than Boren is South Dakota v. Dole, look that up. The SC was asked to address whether Congress exceeded it's spending power by mandating states raise thier age to 21 or get highway funds reduced. Note, that the SC did NOT address whether a National Minimum drinking age, 21, was constitutional, as it was not before the court, but these two cases should provide some legal insight.

Go ahead and raise it to any age below mine and I'll vote for it. Maybe we shouldn't let women drink either. No, wait, women drinking can be a *good* thing. Heck, it should be mandatory for them.

New rule, all women MUST drink.

It is a little early yet, but if you must you can put some Baileys in my morning coffee. My cup is half empty because my monitor is wearing most of it. Bella in all her sarcasm in another thread was the root cause of my poor monitor's caffineated shower this morning:D

I think we need a FreeAdvice drinking game. We designate a certain pitiful time to post (Say, Saturday night. Hi Guys!) and then:

1. Every time someone writes "I have a friend", take a drink.
2. Every time someone writes "No, really, it's a friend", take a shot.
3. Every time someone writes "Well, my attorney disagree", finish your beer.

Like that.

What other rules should there be?

I was going to play, but I just spoke to my attorney who advises that none of you know what a good drinking game is and that I should never believe any drinking games from the internet because they're just made up by people who have no legitimate alcohol training. Can I still sue for millions?
