Okey, i live in Alabama and i have the same question. Are there any differences? Do i need an adult to drive a car?

You should have started your own thread but the answer is are you nuts? Of course you have to have an adult, specifically who is either an approved instructor or someone over TWENTY ONE years of age.

We have a word for those who have only a learners permit who go driving by themselves: Driving without a license.
