What is the name of your state? Wisconsin

I was just wondering if anyone knew if there were any laws or employees right on drug testing in the work place. Like how offen can they test you. Can they test you every week or is there a time limit in between each testing? My friend works at a place where it seems like the same people keep getting tested and others don't. Like there's an inside connection so the other ones that don't get tested don't get caught if they are doing anything illegal. And my friend said that the same ones keep getting tested and keep passing but the ones that need to be tested are not.

is there an employment contract that covers drug testing policy, or a union involved?

If your friend keeps getting tested and coming up clean, what is is his problem with that?

not saying that its bad that my friend keeps coming up clean but just wants to know if there is some law that says they can only test you like lets say once every 3 months. I think my friend thinks of it as more of an harrassment thing. There is no union. and the only thing they sign is a paper saying that they give consent for the test.

no, random drug tests are just that. They are done kind of like a lottery. Chances of the same person being drawn for the next drug test is just as great as for any other person being drawn.

Wisconsin has no laws limiting the number of times an employee can be tested. In fact, Wisconsin has no law addressing drug testing in the workplace at all.
