drunk driving charge

I was recently charged with my third DWI. The last one,{most recent} was due to health reasons. I'm diabetic, was suffering from low blood suger reaction. How can I prove this? Refused all test's . Past alphabet road side test. had foot problems ,didn't pass the secound. What should I do?

Solution: Don't drink anymore. And you will not be able to drive anymore too.

I don't need those of you who feel that trhey know everything. I need someone who has expierienced the same thing. Who is a diabetic and has had trouble with law enforcement.I.E. being stopped before, while haveing the same trouble, reactions. This is not the first time I've been stopped while having a reaction. I need legal advice not hecklers.

I don't feel that I know everything but I do feel that I know something.

Something: You are not giving us the entire story. Give us a break. Three DWI's. Count them 1, 2 and 3. And on the third one, you refused all tests. Did you also refuse tests on incident 1 and 2? Because 1 and 2 were due to drinking reasons and not health reasons right?

And if you feel that I am heckling you, just wait until the prosecuting attorney and the judge get ahold of you.

I found the same thing, better than thou critics, who have nothing better to do than read about somebody elses misfortunes. This page is a joke! Where's the legal advice? I don't see anything accrediting these senior members with legal merits. Did you?

Yes I will agree, where's the legal advice I was looking for. I don't see anybody giving up any knowledge on the subject. For all you idiots out there, yes I suppose if we hadn't done this or done that, things would be different like if you guys weren't on this thread I wouldn't be wasting my time typing this to you! If any body out there knows another site for some help leave it on this thread. I need as much help as possible. We all know we're all being swept up in a pile as to help the county and state help pay for thier extras. Have you ever seen a police officer {thats beeing polite} break the law?
