What is the name of your state? New York

This drunken fool walked out into the road and caused a serious accident. The man owns a home and I heard we may be able to go after his homeowners policy. Does anyone know about doing something like this?

How many times are you going to post the same question concerning your drunken motorcycle accident where you broke your leg, and have incurred thousands in medical bills?

Why don't you just sue the guy?
