He left her at their shared appt., shutting of the phone, taking the only car, leaving her with her 2 gorgeous little girls, with no means of support and no child support. He now says he lives with his sister, but is actually with his new g/f. She is now living with her sister while she goes through the custody process.
My question concerns her ability to move her with me (we will marry shortly after she arrives).

Is it possible for him to prevent her from moving here? [ quote ]

Yes , it is possible for "him" to stop "her" from removing " his"
2 gorgeous little girls to another State .

Does that sound critical ? jeez .... get over it .....

Read instead of write...

I'm not sure how old you are ( and I bet stealth and Blondie are one and the same!), but you need to read more, and write less. This is not a forum for people to sit and analyze every single word or phrase they write. We assume you folks are semi-intelligent enough to get by with im-perfect grammar and yes, even (gasp) poor spelling! Quit being so petty, re-read my posts to you and take the advice you can get from them and better yourself. Being bitter is not a good thing, and it makes you look like a fool.

By the way, I was just kidding about you and stealth being the same person... can you say "humor"??? ( I didn't say great humor) :)

Sorry sweets - humor is all you have on that one, 'cause we're not one and the same. ;)

And the way I see it - if someone is going to call another poster on their spelling/grammar - they should be bright enough to proof their own post. It's a little silly to tell someone off for their errors when your own post is riddled with them, ya know? BL was good-humored enough to admit it.

Sweets....

"And the way I see it - if someone is going to call another poster on their spelling/grammar - they should be bright enough to proof their own post. It's a little silly to tell someone off for their errors when your own post is riddled with them, ya know? "

I agree... but you'd better go re-read the posts. Because if you're insinuating Mamabear was the first to get all "grammatical" you are mistaken.

But one thing you are DEAD on about is....

"Sweets".... :D

Maybe my humor is getting better? No? sigh...

Either way, I hear what you are saying. My main thing is the same as always... don't judge me. If you do, be prepared to take what you give. Spelling and grammar are petty and silly to me, so hard for me to take anyone seriously that goes in that direction. Reminds me of the middle schoolers that say,
"Yeah? Well so are YOU!"
"Oh yeah? Well... SO?"

Ya know? :p

If you go back and reread them yourself, take note of who called Blonde on his errors. ;) I'm an equal opportunity grammar cop.

Why would the rest of us (need) to read more ?

Who is "we" ? Are "we" reading "the other personality" too ?

My, my , one question is all it would have taken ... I'm done ...

I hear ya...

I hear ya Stealth. :)

Blonde.... sigh... thank gosh you're bailing!

"We" is normal folks asking questions that, oddly enough, aren't asking some moron to judge us. Just answer, or refrain from posting anything. That's "we".

If you need anything else that simple to be explained.... let me know.

Hey guy,
just wanted to let you know that I have been trying to keep up with the conversation going on here and you crack me up!!! You have a great sarcastic humor!!!!
For you spell checkers that are following along, if I have misspelled anything, I blame it all on the keyboard and the nails. I tried to put you on my AIM buddie list guy so that I wouldn't be tested on my spelling and grammer, but it doens't show you online. Thought maybe I could catch you this way. Keep up the humor, with out it life is no fun at all!!!

Chat :D

Thanks...

I agree with you, and appreciate the comments. ;) Bullies turn me off, I guess.
So what about the AIM buddy list? I'll have to check into that... Grace had mentioned something along those lines, but haven't really had any luck registering...

One thing I promise you, and everyone, Blonde included... I'll NEVER go on a mis-spelling tangent. :) Hold me to it, k?

Thanks again! Lyle

Pointing Out

Stealth. . I didn't get on anyone about grammar or spelling. I just said I thought it was funny that BL did and while doing so misspelled words in that post. I couldn't give a sh*t less about spelling or grammar as long as I can understand what's trying to be said. I think this site is just a little too critical of things that don't matter. People come here to ask questions, not for English or grammar lessons. I think the point of posts is overlooked because of people's constant need to make people feel like sh*t on this site.

And it is correct to say MY daughter if HER father isn't in the conversation. Otherwise, I would begin every conversation about MY daughter like this: "The daughter I share with a man who abandoned us. . . " It's just a lot easier, and I am ASSuming here, but I think I can say that most people would know that when I talk about MY daughter, that she did come from a counterpart as well and that I'm not the VIRGIN MARY. So I think it goes without saying that she has a father. . regardless if he's involved in her life or not!
